Step 1


The submitted application will be reviewed by the recruiting team and the hiring manager.

Step 2

Phone Screening Interview

The hiring manager will contact the candidate for an initial phone interview to learn more about the candidate's strengths and weaknesses and to discuss the position and Keller Williams.

Step 3

In-depth Behavioral Assessment

The Keller Personality Assessment (KPA) is a comprehensive personality tool that brings a complete understanding of an individual. Grasping not only how a person behaves but how they think. The hiring manager will meet with the candidate to verify the report, getting an in-depth look at the candidate's behavior in the workplace. 

Step 4

Comprehensive Interview

The hiring manager will meet with the candidate to perform the comprehensive interview.


Step 5

Reference Checks

The hiring manager will request references.
